What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to almost every country! If you do not see an option to ship to your country email us and we will look into adding it.
How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped Out Once The Order Has Been Placed?
All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping. until the following Monday morning. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.
As soon as your item is shipped out you will receive an email to the address you provided us with your tracking information!
*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items that not the product problems. Return Policy
How Do I Submit A Return Request?
To submit a request, please send Email to kinglemc@gmail.com, then you will get a Return/Exchange Portal. Any Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Is There A Time Limit On Returning?
If the product have damaged problem, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 7 days of your product be received.
How Will I Be Refunded On My Return?
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping On A Return Or Exchange?
US Domestic: For all approved Return or exchanges, we will process a free domestic return shipping label via a prepaid USPS label, and will re-ship your replacement free of charge.
International: You have to pay the shipping cost on Return Or Exchange.
What Must The Condition Of The Product Be Upon Arrival?
All returns must be unused, in the condition you received them.
